Shipping policy

At Emily's Health Store USA, our goal is to ensure your orders are delivered quickly, transparently, and with minimal hassle. Below is everything you need to know about how we process and ship your purchases.

Order Processing

All orders are processed within 0–1 business days. Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information for each shipment.

Shipping Timeframes & Options

  • Standard Shipping (Free): 7–9 business days
  • Express Priority Shipping: 7–9 business days for $5.99 USD

Delivery timelines may vary depending on order volume, weather, and carrier-related delays.

Multiple Shipments & Tracking

Items in the same order may ship separately depending on warehouse location and availability. Each item will be assigned its own tracking number, and you will receive separate emails for each package.

Shipping Regions

We currently offer shipping to addresses within the continental United States only.

We do not ship to:

  • Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, or other U.S. territories
  • P.O. Boxes, APO/FPO, or military addresses

Sales Tax

We collect sales tax where required by law. If applicable, sales tax will be calculated and displayed at checkout prior to payment.

Heavy Freight Shipments

Products weighing over 150 lbs may be shipped via freight truck instead of standard parcel carriers. These shipments may require extra delivery time, and tracking details will be provided when the freight carrier picks up the item.

Order Modifications

If you need to change or cancel your order, please contact us immediately after purchase. Once your order has been processed or shipped, we may not be able to make changes.

Shipping Delays

In rare cases, external factors such as severe weather, carrier delays, or high warehouse volume may cause unexpected shipping delays. We appreciate your patience and will do our best to keep you informed along the way.

Return Shipping & Labels

If you choose to return an item, a prepaid return label will be provided after approval through our automated Return Center. This label may take up to 14 business days to be issued, depending on volume.

All returns are subject to a 25% deduction from your refund to cover round-trip shipping and restocking costs. If original packaging is missing, a $45 repackaging fee per item will apply.
